Assistant Professor

Ms Nishath Anjum is working as an Assistant Professor in Department of Business Administration. She completed her graduation (BBA) in Management and post graduation (MBA) in Human Resource Management from Metropolitan University, Sylhet with outstanding CGPA. Earlier, she passed her SSC and HSC from Jalalabad Cantonment Public School & College, Sylhet with brilliant result. She always has the desire to be a teacher. By following her passion, she joined Metropolitan University in 2016 as a Lecturer and being promoted to the post of Senior Lecturer in 2018. She has done a few research work. Her area of research interest includes job attitudes, work stress, compensation & benefits, employee performance etc.
