Jace Saha is a research-oriented person who is currently serving as Assistant Professor of Finance and Banking at Metropolitan University, Sylhet .She also served as Senior Lecturer and Lecturer at the same department before. Ms. Saha is deeply committed to conducting high-quality researches and providing high quality education to the students. Her research interests include; economic growth and inequality, modern finance theories, digital finance, corporate governance and sustainability of banking system. She has profound concern on the topic of financial technology (better known as fintech) for her higher study. She also has an intense concern to build up a prolific career through hard work, sincerity and innovative activities. Ms. Saha has many research works which have been published in peer-reviewed national and international journals according to her interest. She also actively participated in national and international research workshops and training programs. Ms. Saha graduated from the Metropolitan University, Sylhet with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in 2017 and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in 2016. Having completed her Graduation (BBA) and Post Graduation (MBA), major in Finance and Banking she secured 1st position in BBA. She was awarded the Chancellor’s Gold medal, summa cum laude award for outstanding performance and Chairman’s merit scholarship for her academic performance. During her university life, she participated in a variety of extracurricular activities. She has a rational mentality to take action any communal issues.
