Ruhul Amin
Ruhul Amin received the Masters of Science (M.Sc.) and Bachelors of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Statistics from the Pabna University of Science & Technology (PUST), Pabna, Bangladesh. He joined the Deep Statistical Learning & Research Laboratory, PUST, in 2021, under the supervision of Dr. Shamim Reza, Professor, and In-Charge of the Lab, Dept. of Statistics, PUST. Recognized for his exceptional contributions, he has received prestigious accolades, including the National Science & Technology (NST) Fellowship from the Ministry of Science and Technology, Bangladesh, for his research work. His commitment to pioneering research is evident through his successful projects, such as "An Online Diagnosis of Osteoporosis Patients Grading Using Artificial Intelligence Tools," which was accepted as an Innovative Project at Pabna University of Science and Technology (PUST). Ruhul's scholarly impact extends to his publications in world reputable journals like IEEE Access, ELSEVIER, MDPI, and etc. Additionally, he serves as a reviewer for Elsevier and PLOS ONE journals, contributing his expertise to ensure the quality and rigor of scientific publications in his field. A sought-after speaker, Ruhul has presented his research findings at esteemed conferences and seminars, including the International Conference on the 4th Industrial Revolution (IC4IR) and Beyond, 2021. He is working on Sarcopenia diseases, liver disease diagnosis, handwritten digit recognition optimization, diabetes, and osteoporosis patient classification. His research interests include big data analysis, statistical learning algorithms, deep learning, health informatics, and the application of these techniques to the processing of medical images and healthcare data.
