Md. Sojibur Rahman is currently serves position as a Lecturer in the Department of Law and Justice at Metropolitan University, Sylhet. Before that he have completed his graduation in Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and post-graduation in Master of Laws (LL.M) from Department of Law, Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Science and Technology University, Gopalganj. Mr. Rahman was a dedicated academic professional with a great academic record of excellence. He have achieved first class first position in both Master's of Law (LL.M.) & Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) examination within the students of Faculty of law, BSMRSTU. Alongside the academic pursuits, he is a non-practicing Advocate at the Dhaka District and Sessions Judge Court. His research interests span a wide array of legal domains, including Human rights, family law, constitutional law, intellectual property (IP) law, and Criminal law.

Vice-Chancellor Scholarship: Recognized for Scholastic Excellence throughout the academic examinations from semester 1 to semester 8, attaining the first position.
